Data and Information Use Authorization.

By signing this contract, the GUEST expressly authorizes the OPERATOR to collect and use the information and personal data provided by the GUEST on the Accommodation Registration Card, in accordance with the secure information processing policies established by the OPERATOR and current laws, for the purpose of performing loyalty activities and contacting the information holder to send satisfaction surveys after each stay, as well as general information aimed at encouraging continued use of the accommodation service at Hotel Park 10.

The GUEST authorizes that the information be transferred, transmitted, shared, and provided to support staff in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism through the completion of the Accommodation Information System Registration Card (SIAT), for statistical purposes.

Likewise, the GUEST authorizes the OPERATOR to carry out a background check. The GUEST, as the holder of the personal data, will enjoy all rights under the law, particularly having the right at all times to know, access, update, and rectify their personal data, revoke the authorization granted, or request the deletion of information when appropriate.

  1. Sanctioning Regime.

The GUEST declares that they are aware of and accept the sanctioning regime regulated in the Hotel policies, and agree to the fines that may apply in case of non-compliance with their obligations.

10.1. PENALTY FOR SMOKING. If the GUEST decides to smoke inside the facilities, they will be subject to a fine of $200 USD plus VAT.

10.2. PENALTY FOR NOISE. Playing loud music or making loud noises after 10 pm incurs a penalty of $100 USD plus VAT.

  1. Policy to prevent sexual tourism

In compliance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009. 11.1 Any act of exploitation or sexual abuse will be reported to the competent authorities. 11.2 Measures are taken to prevent employees from promoting sexual tourism and exploitation.

11.3 Information is disseminated to GUESTS about the legislation against sexual exploitation and tourism, and their respective civil and criminal sanctions.

11.4 Any type of exhibitionist or irregular behavior in the common areas of the building and balconies of the rooms.

11.5 Taking photographs or recording videos of sexual content within the private and common areas of the building.

11.6 Minors are not allowed in the rooms unless accompanied by their parents.

  1. GUEST Declarations.

12.1. The GUEST declares that they have been informed of the room rates per night. 12.2. The GUEST declares that they have been informed of the accommodation conditions.

12.3. The GUEST declares that they are aware of and accept the terms and conditions of the digital platforms on which the Hotel is advertised and marketed.

12.4. The GUEST takes full responsibility for the information provided and undertakes to indemnify the OPERATOR for any information that does not match reality.

🐾 Pet Friendly Policy

In our hotel, we believe that pets are part of the family, so we welcome you along with your furry companion. To ensure the well-being of all our guests, we have the following conditions:
  • Pet Friendly fee: USD $60 per stay.
  • Fee exemption: Service animals do not incur a charge (valid certification required).
  • Entry requirements:
    • Up-to-date vaccination certificate.
    • Pet’s bed.
    • Bowl for food and water.
    • We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a comfortable, clean, and safe environment for everyone. We will be delighted to welcome you along with your best friend! 🐶💛

Additional Guest

This is the person who stays for the entire reserved period. Additional guest fee: $130,000 COP + VAT per night.

Occasional Guest

This is the person who enters the room for a short period of time. Occasional guest fee: USD $100 + VAT per entry. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining a safe and organized operation. Our team is available to address any questions.

National Guest VAT Policy

In accordance with the current tax regulations in Colombia, we inform you that: When a reservation is made in the name of a guest exempt from VAT (for example, a non-resident foreigner), but a guest of Colombian nationality is added, the latter must pay the corresponding VAT, regardless of the exemption applicable to the reservation holder. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to comply with local regulations. Our team is available to address any questions about this process.

National Tourism Registry No. 1274

At Hotel Park 10, we strongly reject any form of sexual abuse or exploitation of Children and Adolescents.

We prohibit the entry to our facilities of: Any person who intends to offer services or plans related to Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents. Children and Adolescents who are not accompanied by their parents or guardians, or who do not have the necessary authorization from them. We warn all our guests and clients that, in accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, Law 1098 of 2006, Law 1336 of 2009, Resolution 3840 of 2009, and the World Tourism Ethics Code, the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors (Children and Adolescents) in the country are punishable by sentences of up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to 1,500 Legal Monthly Minimum Wages.
